Education and treatment programme for people with type 1 diabetes
PRIMAS – that stands for Paul, Rita, Ingo, Murat, Anne and Sonja and thus for the six protagonists whose examples and case stories teach people with type 1 diabetes the basic skills and abilities to lead a self-determined life with diabetes. The didactics follow the empowerment approach and include many practical exercises, guided exchange of experiences and worksheets to enable the transfer of the training contents into the participants’ everyday life.
